“THE WHOLE OPERATION WAS FIRST CLASS”

This is the second car ordered in the last three years.
I placed my order in April and was advised my car would arrive by early June.I phoned UK cars at this time and was informed that production had been suspended for a couple of weeks.I wasn,t really bothered as I knew it would turn up eventually
I had a call from UK cars on Tuesday 1st July to inform me delivery would be on Monday 8th which it was .The car arrived on a truck so only had 5 miles on the clock.The delivery man showed us the main controls and was soon on his way.I was happy with the car and made a direct payment through the bank.
Everyone at UK cars was excellent.

“Excellent service & best discounts”

Just taken delivery of a new Qashqai, 1.5dci, Tekna, saving 16% off the Nissan list price. Around £1,500 less than the best deal our local dealer could offer. There was a 3 month wait for this car but exactly the same as from a dealer and we knew this from the start. The car was ready on the day they indicated when we ordered, and they were willing to hold it for a week or so whilst we sold ours on Auto-trader. Everyone we spoke with at UK Car Discounts were easy to talk to on the phone, responded quickly to our enquiries during the order process, and we've had no complaints. The car was delivered to our door with 50miles on the clock (could have had a transporter at a small cost), and was jet washed locally before handover. Would use again without any qualms. Lets hope the Qashqai is as good as UK Car Discounts.

“Buying My fiesta ”

We called and asked for a quote which we were given the deal sounded great so we ordered the ford titanium in the colour we wanted with the extras we wanted all for a fabulous price the service given was clear and though dubious about ordering online decided to go ahead we couldn't be more pleased the car arrived when we were told bit would the delivery driver was polite and efficient and my car was just perfect anyone wishing to purchase a new car should definitely purchase from uk car discount.

“Five Star, professional , Reliable Service.”

Was a bit worried at first about ordering a car over the Internet especially the amount of money that's involved, but after talking to a few friends at work who have boughth over the Internet and swear its the way to go to purchase a car, especially the savings you make. So decided to purchase my car from UK Car Discount, and from placing my order to delivery of the vehicle they have been fantastic, I was told from placing my order the car could take 8-12 weeks delivery, which was not a problem, then was told it could be September/ October , but also if I didn't want to wait I could have my deposit back no problem , decided to wait and received a call last week saying my car was ready for delivery, which I received today Friday 27th June , the chap who delivered the car explained and showed me what I needed to know,he was very helpful,so if your thinking of buying a car of UK Car Discount there's no need to worry as there staff do all that for you, and more, also after paying a deposit for the car you don't pay the balance until delivery has been made and you have inspected the car.Thanks to UK Car Discount for your help.Sarah.

“Great deal at massive discount”

I had gone to another discount company who shall remain nameless as they let me down badly, when I got in touch with UK discount they sourced the car I wanted which are no longer manufactured and I had it ordered within the day. They gave me a delivery date of mid July however they called a couple of weeks ago and said would I like the car on the 26th or 27th of June, as my wife and I have been struggling a bit with one car this was fantastic news.
The upshot is I took delivery yesterday at the time specified to my door with no problem at all, the car was in perfect condition although the addition of a few flies to the front was no matter as it had been brought 400 miles, so is to be expected. I would recomend dealing with UK dicounts and I would not hesitate to deal with them again myself in the future.They are efficient pleasant people to deal with and at a very good price.

“Excellent way to buy a car”

I bought a Fiesta Zetec 1.6 automatic. Really good discount . All dealings with the advisers were excellent

It was delivered yesterday by transporter ( 20 miles on the clock ) which I did not have to pay for. Took it out for a run, automatic box really smooth . So far so good and am confident that I can deal with any warranty claims at the local Ford Dealer ( which I am not expecting anyway ). The driver went before I had paid for it. All I had to do was to do a simple credit transfer on my computer ( I am 71 and it is dead easy to do ) . That took minutes and the car was paid for.

If I buy another car I would use UK Car discount again.

“Great Customer Service and Value for money !! ”

I was apprehensive about buying a new car on the intranet, but given the potential massive savings and the fact I didn't have to deal with a salesperson in a showroom I investigated the options and benefits. There were a few sites that had mixed feedback and many negative and the best I found was UK Car Discount.Dealing with the team in Manchester was straightforward, they allayed any concerns, kept me fully informed and have communicated at every stage.The car (Ford Mondeo 1.6 Ecoboost Titanium X Estate) was delayed by nearly 2 weeks but it was a factory order and an issue with Ford. Delivery was as promised on date confirmed and car was immaculate, I took option for transporter delivery and save c£5K on showroom price.Very pleased and would consider buying again from UK Car Discount.

“Nothing to worry about”

UK discount cover all likely questions you may have on their great comprehensive website. They seem to be the only BROKERS who ask for the final payment only when you have inspected the car and are happy -very reassuring.
UK perhaps could have made the occasional contact with on the delivery progress - that's just a small point as they have been great to deal with.
All the directors and staff are easy to talk to and do not come over 'HIGH HANDED' as though they are doing the buyer a favour - as do some other Car Brokers websites that are on the internet. Many other Broker websites have many 'HOOPS' to jump through with the car buyer - but UK do not.
I could only find one other website with a cheaper starting price for the car I bought - that's not to say that the end price may have been more. If of interest I bought a New Fiesta Style 1.25 - knock out motor
All in All just great to deal with.
