I have been most impressed with the UK Car Discount.Co.Uk provision of car purchase via the internet. Communication has been clear and the whole transaction including delivery and final settlement on the day very straightforward. This, of course, is very important when one is dealing with a high value transaction which may cause a little stress otherwise! I have been delighted with the new Peugeot 2008 and to purchase it so smoothly and with a discount nearly £3000 better than the list price shows that this is the way forward for car purchase.

“Superb service”.
The car is immacculate and was delivered exactly on time as promised. There was one snag - wrong logbook - but that was rectified by the staff with no question. I am very impressed by the service and friendly attitude which made the whole deal so easy to do…

“Fantastic Customer Service”
Last week, I received delivery of my Seat Ibiza after placing my order 10 weeks ago. I have had regular contact with the staff at UK Car Discount who have provided instant and accurate updates on my order. The staff have been very helpful and have made the whole process of buying my first new car incredibly easy. I can't recommend them highly enough and would encourage anyone who is considering buying a new car to do it through UK Car Discount. Many thanks and the car is fantastic!

I was very concerned about buying from an unknown quantity who could have been a bunch of dishonest traders.
In case this happened I paid the £ 1000-00 discount using my Visa card.
However, everything was in plain English well managed & upfront about delivery procedures etc.
Payment was done by bank transfer once car had been delivered, not before - so that suited me.
The price was £ 1200-00 less than I was able to get from 4 other dealers
I have not had the registration documents & tax disc yet so I hope this comes sooner rather than later. I have to choose a garage to service the car, a Honda CR-V, but I do not expect any problem as there are a couple of dealers near by. Delivery was a few weeks but as no other dealer had my spec in stock & I wanted a 14 plate there was no problem with this
The car was pretty dirty when it arrived but considering it arrived from Manchester in bad weather I could not complain; but I did sponge down some areas to check for scratches before signing for it.
All in all a pretty painless transaction & I would repeat the process for my next car. It might be a different case with a part ex but i have already a buyer standing by for the old car so that is not a problem in this case.

“When the car was delivered I had a signed delivery note.
The registration document & tax disc arrived in 3 days – so no real problem there
In theory it could be said that I had no proof of ownership until then, but as payments were recorded by BACS & all transaction details were recorded on email I do not believe there was an issue
The main point was that the car was delivered first – then I paid - & bearing in mind that possession is nine points of the law I felt reasonably secure
I think that the process is about as good as one can expect & I certainly did not feel “ disadvantaged” as I might have done with some dealers
I have had cars in the past where accessories ordered were not delivered & I had to wait ages, having paid up front.
UK discount made it quite clear that I was not to pay or accept the vehicle until entirely satisfied”

Just got our new car delivered. I was really impressed with the service and updates on status of our car during the process.UK Car Discount was no hassle to deal with, they kept us appraised at all times and the car arrived bang on schedule. I would have no problems recommending this to friends.

I was happy to deal with this company. Helpful and not pushy they sorted out any problems. They kept me up to date with clear communication. I could deal with the same person who could remember my details both by phone and email. Cararrived promptly on the day and earlier than the original date.

“Top marks”
UK Car Discount made buying a new car a pleasure, hassle free, no pushy sales staff, excellent advice when I phoned, so I went for top of the range new car and still saved £4600+ on the main dealer quoted price. I have already recommended uk car discount to the bank staff when I went in to arrange payment, after I had received car this morning, and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
