This was my first online car buying experience.
Website easy to navigate, with plenty of information on car purchase.
Knowledgeable staff only a telephone call away.
Clear and detailed email communication on costs etc.
Expected delivery date was passed without being informed of manufacturers UK delivery problems.Communication was very good after this event and up to new date.
Car was delivered by lowloader, on agreed date, with plenty of time to check it over, then pay for electronically.
All in all, an excellent service, which I will use again, without any hesitation.

“Very straightforward process and great price”
I was quite cautious at first when thinking about buying a car from an internet firm but I was reassured by the fact that with UK Car Discount I only needed to pay a small deposit up front (which I could pay with the protection of a credit card) and then nothing more until after delivery.
The process was incredibly simple. I ordered the car I wanted with my choice of options. In a few days, I called to ask for a delivery estimate and was given a "due to dealer date" in about 8 weeks time. In fact, after only 6 weeks, they called to arrange delivery later that week. Everyone I spoke to during the process was very polite and helpful. As a minor point, it would have been nice if they'd confirmed the "due to dealer date" without me having to ask.
After the car was delivered, I arranged the final payment later that day and immediately received a receipt. Tax disc followed in a week and the V5C a couple of weeks after that.
Over all a very straightforward process and a great price. One thing to note is that they do everything by phone and by email. That wasn't a problem but it was a slight surprise as I'd expected confirmation documents by post from the wording on the web site.

“All went as promised”
We ordered a Nissan Qashqai Tekna but wanted the Automatic. There were none to found anywhere. We obtained a price which beat the dealers by a margin and we were able to pick the colour and options just like at the dealers. The car was estimated to be delivered by the end of August and it was delivered to us 30/08. A good deal and good service. Couldn't be easier once you get beyond the risk of handing over £1k to an online trader that you dont know.

“Fantastic car, excellent service, unbeatable price.”
This was my first experience of buying through a broker, and it exceeded all expectations. My motive was price, given that UKCD was able to offer the latest blue-hdi Citroen DS5 for £5K less than the best quote from any dealer (which was already £3k off the list price). That's just too much to ignore. Waiting time was the same as a main dealer (8 weeks), because the spec I wanted required a factory order.
He responded promptly to any queries, and the car arrived in immaculate condition and exactly on time. The delivery driver was helpful, polite and unhurried, and I particularly liked being able to examine the car in my own time before making final payment. In short, I found the whole experience stress-free, predictable, and exactly as advertised, so well done, UKCD.

“The Best Way to Buy a New Car”
From initial quote to final delivery the service from the UK Car Discount team was friendly, prompt, helpful and efficient.
I got the car I wanted, a Ford Fiesta Zetec-S, at a price I could afford , saving £3,000, delivered to my door, in pristine condition, within the timescale promised, 8 weeks.
All I have to do now is enjoy the drive!

“This is the second VW we have purchased via U.K.C.D....”
This is the second VW we have purchased via U.K.C.D. We already have a Fleet Buying arrangement with VW, but still U.K.C.D manage to undercut the fleet sale discount by a significant margin. We are perhaps unfortunate that in our area all the VW dealers are owned by the same group, although they all have different Trading names !!. So it is quite impressive that U.K.C.D's prices are so competitive. On both occasions the new cars have arrived in pristine condition. Delivered on the back of a low loader with only 8 miles on the clock. The ordering process is crystal clear and you are advised of progress form start to finish. An excellent service well done to all at U.K.C.D.

“first class service”
just had my car del first class service ordered Nissan x trail
received phone call to say it would be del after 9 0clock arrived at 10 past nine checked car over no problems driver left went to my computer made bank transfer job done saved over £6500 main dealers wanted £30000
got it for £23500 fully taxed full tank of fuel
if you are going to buy a new car buy from uk car discount and save money
when I sent them emails they replied within the hour now off for a drive happy motoring

“Review on buying a Vauxhall Mokka”
We were pleased with the cost of our car in comparison to other places we had checked out. We were pleased with the punctual response when we asked questions. We were a little worried about the delivery but when checked this with someone else who ordered the same car as us it was the same, the company did what it could within its power to reassure us about the delivery date. The money transaction was not a problem. The car arrived as ordered.
