Susan, Just a quick line to say thank you for your help in the purchase of our new Fiat Punto. Gary/Brian, I just got back from holiday yesterday.  Just to let you know that my car arrived safely and shiny – just in time for our holiday!  We drove to the airport with all 5 of us + luggage (wouldn’t have fitted into my wife’s car!) The car is excellent and running well.  The gearbox is a little stiff – I can’t remember if it was when I got it – may be from being stood in the airport long-term car park for two weeks?  Hopefully it will ease a little with time. Co-incidentally, I am a professional in the customer service sector and I help define best practice. I don\'t know whether you\'ve been formally trained but you seem to naturally provide your customers with a good level of service. The key for you seems to be good, honest communication, being fair and setting customer\'s expectations correctly. I admit to having had concerns at buying an expensive car over the internet, which ended up being unfounded. My transaction, which included a trade-in vehicle, was smooth and you ended up with a happy customer. Keep it up! I don\'t mind you passing this note, and my email address, to future customers as a positive reference in a sector where only the \'rogue traders\' seem to get the exposure. Brian, Please find attached receipt for the £11924.00 which I paid into the Nat West in Aberdeen on Friday in respect for payment for the Mazda 6. As you are aware the car arrived on Friday morning rolling of the transporter 19 days after ordering (and taking my old car away as a part exchange) - pretty impressive. Can you pass on my thanks to all your colleagues who were involved in arranging my purchase, particularly Gary for the initial arrangements, yourself for the follow up and delivery and last but certainly not least Jacqui for her charm and chat when I phoned up with my various queries.
