Dear Sue & Gary, Many thanks for everything, purchasing a new car has never been easier, so stress free or seamless and what great value for money. We are delighted with the new car.

 

After settling on a Skoda for our new family car I was quoted a wait of about four months delivery by several local dealers. But a quick look on the internet page of UK Car Discount Ltd immediately revealed a big financial saving that could be made by ordering through them on line. On their web-pages I easily selected the exact vehicle, colour etc., and was able to pick and choose the options I wanted. A small (£500) deposit, paid by Credit Card for my additional safety, was required and the vehicle was ordered. A full letter followed in the post confirming all details. I expected not to be contacted before Christmas, but towards the end of October I was informed it was ready for delivery, and I chose an afternoon delivery date direct to my home. As arranged, the car arrived on a low loader at 1pm, driven by a young man who very helpfully explained all the controls and made sure I was completely satisfied. He pointed out each optional extra ordered. Remember at this point I had only paid the deposit, I had been told several times (and in writing) by the UK Car Discount staff to be fully happy with the car before sending the balance. I should add that this was the first time that I had bought a car on-line, but there was no need to be concerned at all. Everything went very smoothly and I would use them again without hesitation.

Hi Susan,

Just to say that the V5 arrived safely earlier this month and I was able to take it with me on a trip to France from which I returned yesterday.  Many thanks for organising it all for me and for supplying the car exactly as to order and with the minimum of effort required from me.  When making this type of purchase there is an element of concern as there is no personal contact.  It is all by internet or telephone and I am pleased to say that it was all handled very well and I would have no hesitation in recommending UK Car Discount.
