New Suzuki S-Cross Review

The SX4 S-Cross is Suzuki’s well priced new Crossover vehicle.

In an increasingly crowded sector it rivals the likes of the Nissan Qashqai, Skoda Yeti and Kia Sportage Crossover and several popular compact SUV vehicles which are becoming increasingly popular with UK motorists.

So, why should you buy one? Well for a start it looks surprisingly good, in fact not dissimilar to the Nissan Qashqai from the outside and it’s cheaper than most of the competition. More good news is despite the relatively budget price you’ll find equipment levels are very good although it may lack some of the refinement of the Nissan Qashqai and some other Crossovers.

Even the entry-level SX3 models come with 16 inch alloy wheels, front and rear electric windows,  cruise control, speed limiter, front and rear centre armrests,  air con with pollen filter, radio/CD/MP3 player with steering wheel mounted controls, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors and daytime running lights.

Engines are limited to a 1.6-litre petrol and a 1.6 litre turbo diesel with three transmissions on offer; a 6 speed diesel, five-speed manual, or CVT (continuously variable transmission} for petrol models and of course there are 2WD and 4WD options.

If you’re in the market for a brand new Crossover then you should definately take a look at the all-new Suzuki SX4 S-Cross Compact SUV.
