Chinese driver crashes £3 million Koenigsegg Agera R while drunk at the wheel

This may set the record for the most expensive car crash in Chinese history for a single car—and its up there with the most expensive drunk-driving crashes in the world–a 26-year-old man is believed to  be held by Chinese police after writing off the Koenigsegg Agera R. The car is worth over £3,000,000 and is one of 6 ever built.

According to the People’s Daily Online, the 1,140-hp Agera R ran into a sidewalk barrier just after midnight Sunday in the Yubei District of Chongqing. The Agera R hits the barrier with some force after what looks like a sharp turn to overtake , it looks repairable with an injection of time and money. With it being one of six ever built, this will require shipping the car back to Sweden.
