Vauxhall has launched a new Astra TwinTop Exclusiv Black Edition for people who want an affordable convertible.

It is based on their top of the range Design trim level and includes black leather trim, 18" alloy wheels, heated seats and cruise control. Although these additions would normally cost £1200 extra, the price is actually £470 less than the model it is based on. Other standard features include – a remote controlled 3-piece electro hydraulic roof, ESP, rain sensitive wipers and automatic headlights.

The Astra TwinTop Exclusiv Black Edition is available in two colours – pearlescent Black Sapphire or Power Red. It comes in a choice of three engines – a 1.8 litre VVT petrol engine, a 1.9 CDTi diesel engine and a powerful 2.0 litre petrol turbo engine.
