Details have been revealed by Hyundai on pricing and specification for its new i20 Turbo Special Edition. Engineered built and designed, in Europe, the new beastly little i20 Turbo Special Edition will start at £12,975 OTR when arrives in the UK before September.
The new i20 Turbo Special Edition looks to meet the growing demand for small capacity turbo petrol engines, this new special edition benefits from Hyundai’s powerful yet efficient 100PS 1.0-litre turbocharged 3 cylinder petrol engine with CO2 emissions just 104 g/km.
It gets stand-out 16” alloy wheels; this special edition model will be available in as many as six different exterior paint finishes: Stardust Grey, Polar White, Aqua Sparkling, Red Passion, Phantom Black and Sleek Silver, with a tasteful Black/Grey interior as standard across the range.
Originally based on the well-equipped Hyundai i20 SE, this latest pocket rocket comes with DAB digital radio, Bluetooth®, cruise control with speed limiter, and a leather wrapped steering wheel with audio and phone controls as standard. This turbo edition comes with the SE model’s specification too, automatic lights with dusk sensor, adding a rear view camera, and satellite navigation via a seven-inch integrated touch screen.
If you go for the satellite navigation option you get a free seven-year Tom Tom Live Services subscription, which will give the most up to date traffic information, weather updates, speed camera alerts, and live Point Of Interest alerts.
To promote the new i20 Turbo Edition, Hyundai have launched a brand new TV advert for the limited run car which will run from Today - August 5th to September 19th . This 30 second advert will use the recent success in the World rally Championship for the i20 and showcase how the learning’s from their motor sport experience will impact across all its models in the future.
