In many states in the US, for example, it’s possible to earn a ticket for “lollygagging” which is to look at the scenery while driving. The legal reasoning is that going too slowly impedes traffic.

USA

Florida
If an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle
If you hit a pedestrian you are fined $78.00.

Georgia
Though it is illegal to spit from a car or bus, citizens may spit from a truck.
It is illegal for a chicken to cross the road.
Members of the state assembly cannot be ticketed for speeding while the state assembly is in session.

Ohio 
Riding on the roof of a taxi cab is not allowed.

South Carolina
When approaching a four way or blind intersection in a non-horse driven vehicle you must stop 100 ft from the intersection and discharge a firearm into the air to warn horse traffic.

Driving is not to be done while asleep.

You may not ride an ugly horse.

You may not tie an alligator to a fire hydrant.

A driver who needs to turn through oncoming traffic has the right of way unless he slows down or stops.

Before starting your car you are required to check lights, brakes, steering and honk your horn. You also need to make a visual check to make sure there are no children underneath the car.

You must sound your horn each time you overtake any vehicle, including a bicycle(abolished 2000)
