What is the Ford Mondeo ST-Line Trim

We are going to look at Ford’s new ST-Line Trim in the Mondeo and what’s included in the car, what’s not and how this car sets itself apart from other models.

Ford have been lining the ST-Line up for the UK car market for the last few years and when it was officially unveiled at the 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed, it was very well received by customers and motor journalists alike.

FORD ADDS NEW MONDEO TO THE SPORTY ST-LINE RANGE

The New ST-line has sporty driving dynamics and is packed with Ford performance-inspired styling and design. The Mondeo ST-line offers the customer 18 or 19 inch alloy wheels, perforated leather steering wheel, sporty interior ST-line detailing and front sports seats.

The engines available in the new Mondeo ST-line include – a 1.5 litre petrol 160 PS and for those who crave a little more power you can also get your hands on a 2.0 litre Petrol 240 PS. Diesel variants include a 150 PS, 180 PS and a new 2.0 TDCi 210 PS engine for those who need that extra pulling power or excitement.

Mondeo ST-Line petrol engine options include:

160 PS 1.5-litre EcoBoost with six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission - 136 g/km CO2 emissions and 5.9 l/100 km (47.9 mpg)

203 PS and 240 PS 2.0-litre EcoBoost with six-speed automatic transmission - 171 g/km CO2 and 7.4 l/100 km (38.2 mpg)

Diesel engine options include:

150 PS 2.0-litre TDCi with six-speed manual or six-speed Power Shift automatic transmission - 112 g/km CO2 and 4.3 l/100 km (65.7 mpg)

180 PS 2.0-litre TDCi with six-speed manual or six-speed Power Shift automatic transmission - 117 g/km CO2 and 4.5 l/100 km (62.8 mpg)

210 PS Bi-turbo 2.0-litre TDCi with six-speed Power Shift automatic transmission - 130 g/km CO2 and 5.0 l/100 km (56.5 mpg)
