The New Peugeot 207 CC

Peugeot has recently launched its successor to its extremely popular 206 CC - the 207 Coupe Cabriolet.

Available in two trim levels, Sport & GT, the new 207 CC comes in a choice of two petrol engines or one diesel engine. The two petrol engines are a 1.6 litre 16v giving 120bhp and a 1.6 litre 16v THP engine producing 150bhp. The diesel engine is a 1.6 litre, 16v HDi giving 110bhp. All three engines are combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox, although a four-speed auto can be specified with the 120bhp version.

The new Peugeot 207 CC has a totally automatic hood operation; you just need to press a control button for approximately 25 seconds. This is enough time for the hood to either open or close, the hood folds away neatly into the boot. To ensure optimal roof sealing and to help with the opening of the doors, the electric front windows are equipped with an "automatic window drop" system. The boot capacity is good for a small car, giving 449 litres of storage space or 187 litres with the roof down.

The 207 CC comes with five airbags, air-conditioning, the option of leather seats and an integrated fragrance diffuser for the dashboard. Another useful standard feature is an active roll-over protection system.
