New VW Scirocco GTS Sport

The brand new VW Scirocco GTS is a new special edition version of the Scirocco which offers a real head-turning/racing car design with some retro touches. The car features a pair of wide stripes running the full length of the vehicle that scream sports car! The GTS has a sporty diffuser and the rear spoiler is taken from the Scirocco R. It also has eye-catching, adapted 18-inch “Thunder” alloy wheels, red brake callipers (2.0 TSI, 210 PS), custom-designed front and rear bumpers, exposed side sills and a panoramic sunroof.

The Volkswagen Scirocco GTS is available in Candy White (with black stripes and red door mirrors), Salsa Red (black stripes, white mirrors), Deep Black Pearl (white stripes, red mirrors) and Indium Grey (black stripes, red mirrors).

Inside the car the primary colours are black and red giving the vehicle a strong racing car feel, the black “Vienna” leather upholstery is contrasted with red stitching appearing on the seats, floor mats, gear lever, handbrake, sports steering wheel, safety belts and the central/door armrests.

The GTS badge appears in red (front seats and car mats and in metal (on the steering wheel and door handles) which reinforces the race car feel.  The trims in front of the driver and front-seat passenger are black ('VW call it Black Peak), the dashboard around the audio system and air con, the trims around the air vents and the in the door handles are finished in a classy piano lacquer. All other interior materials are in black and anthracite, including the gear stick in the legendary, retro golf ball style!

The GTS is available with two engines, a new 2.0-litre TDI (177 PS) or a 2.0-litre TSI (210 PS), with either a DSG (direct shift gearbox) gearbox or six-speed manual.

The Scirocco R-Line come with an Adaptive Chassis Control a RNS 315 satellite navigation system, Bluetooth connectivity and MDI (multi-device interface).
