Published Date: 15th Feb 2008

Joining the wide range of new Ford Focus models launched recently, Ford launched its updated Ford Focus CC at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2008.

The four-seater Ford Focus CC has a retractable hardtop roof.  When the roof is up the Focus CC has a storage capacity of 534 litres, and even when the roof is stored in the boot it still has 248 litres of storage space.

Like all new Ford Focus models the CC has a range of new standard driver assist features including ‘Ford Power’ button for a keyless entry and start system, standard emergency hazard warning lights, a new audio connectivity module for external devices plus new navigation systems.

The new Ford Focus will come in a range of Duratec petrol and Duratorq diesel engines.   Starting with the 1.6 litre Duratec petrol engine the range also includes a 2.0 litre Duratorq TDCi diesel engine.

Available in a choice of trim levels from the entry-level Trend up to the top-level Titanium, the new Ford Focus CC will come with a high level standard specification.   It will also come with a range of safety features including a very stiff body shell and rigid passenger safety cell plus Ford’s new Rollover Protection Device (RPD) which protects passengers if the vehicle rolls over in an accident.
