Increase in Vehicle Road Tax

The Government has increased the rates of vehicle tax from 1st May 2009. Any car that is registered from this date will pay the new rate of tax.
Prices will range from £0 for the likes fo the VW Polo Bluemotion to in excess of £400 for certain Range Rovers. See some of the examples in the table below taken from the Governments web site.
