In addition, Citroen is investing money in building a research centre for the development of fuel cells, reports gizmag.com.
Fuel cells work like batteries but run as long as they have a supply of fuel meaning they do not run down or need to be recharged.
They are a cheap and clean alternative source of energy preventing the emission of harmful carbon dioxide gases, which have harmful effects the environment.
