A special edition new Jeep will be appearing on UK roads this summer offering the Jeep badge for a relatively cheap price.

For the more ostentatious new Jeep buyer, Chrysler have also announced that the Jeep Wrangler Sport will be available in three striking new colours: Flame Red, Electric Lime Green and Solar Yellow

As well as the startling paint job the new Jeep Wrangler sport and Wrangler Renegade will also offer a gutsy four-litre engine and six-speed gearbox.

Commenting on the Renegade launch, managing director of the Chrysler Group UK, Simon Elliott, said: "The Jeep Wrangler is a firm favourite in the UK - whether you are after a hugely capable off-roader, or a classic four seat convertible for our British summer."

The special edition Wranglers join the new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the cheap new Jeep Cherokee Sport in the American firm's impressive line-up of off-road icons.
