British Motor Show 2008

Following on from the highly successful 2006 British Motor Show, the Show will be returning to the ExCel exhibition centre in London’s Docklands this summer – from 23 July – 3 August 2008.    

So far more than 60 car manufacturers are set to exhibit more than 600 new cars.  There will also be a wide range of live events and activities on offer including a Drift School where visitors will have the chance to be driven sideways on a circuit by professional drivers. 

Other activities on offer will be a Heritage enclosure and parade where supercars from the last 50 will be shown, a Kids Car Zone, a live-action motor theatre and an Adventure Land 4x4 off-road experience.    A Motor Show Music Festival will also be held in the evening.  

Event organisers hope the Show will be even more popular than the 2006 Show which attracted 420,000 visitors.   Tickets are on sale from 1 February 2008.
