Beat The Price Increase on a New Renault

Published Date: 23rd Mar 2010

The end of 2009 and start of 2010 have seen price increases announced by Renault's competitors, most notably Ford and Vauxhall. Having not increased their prices (excluding VAT) since October 2009, Renault are now having to increase the "on the road" price on 1st April 2010.

Gary Bennett, MD of UK Car Discount said, "Renault have managed to keep prices virtually static for well over a year now, so this price rise is not unexpected. The average is going to be about 2.3% on cars and a little less on vans, but it does vary model by model."

He suggested that if customers are have any questions about price changes by model they should call the team at UK Car Discount to find out details of future price changes.

"The good news is that if customers order before 1st April, we can get the car to them, beating the price change."
