2022 Toyota Corolla and CH-R Refresh

The refreshed 2022 Toyota Corolla and CH-R models have several updates including Toyota’s latest Smart Connect+ infotainment platform, new trims, and paint colours.
The new infotainment system with 8-inch touchscreen is available on all models, accept the entry-level Icon trim-level. It features upgraded hardware with a new, more powerful CPU, meaning the system is faster/more responsive than its predecessor.
The integrated 3D navigation system includes lives service, meaning you have live traffic information and a fixed speed camera database that is updated regularly.
The live information is delivered via the in-built communication tech that delivers smart connected services, meaning there is zero need to pair your phone or use your phones’ data connection, the live service also means that software updates are done automatically in the background.
Driver’s buying a new Toyota model with the relevant technology will benefit from a free 4-year subscription to Toyota Smart Services.
Also integrated is voice control technology, which can be used to operate multimedia and navigation, meaning the driver is not distracted trying to operate the touchscreen.
If you prefer to use your favourite smartphone sat nav app, smartphone mirroring is available with Apple CarPlay (wireless) and Android Auto (wired). Mirroring enables you to view your phone screen and operate your favourite apps via the vehicle’s touchscreen.
2022 Toyota Corolla
The refreshed 2022 Corolla (pictured above) will be available with new paint colours: Platinum White Pearl and Silver Metallic, while the hatch model will also be available in new two-tone paintwork.
Saloon models get new 10-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels, which will be standard spec on the Design trim-level.
The new Sports Touring (estate) model gets a new ‘Trek’ special model as part of an ongoing relationship between Toyota and the bike manufacturer of the same name.
The new Trek model has been raised by 20 mm and features a more rugged design with moulded wheel arches, and front/rear under-runs.
The Trek model offer unique features including 18-inch alloy wheels, chrome trim around door windows, inside features piano black door handles, black leather upholstery and chrome deco trim on the instrument panel and door panels.
2022 Toyota C-HR
The CH-R is Toyota’s uniquely designed medium SUV with a quality interior. The 2022 model sees a new ‘Deep Amethyst’ paint colour available for all trim-levels on all versions, with a new two-tone option available for GR Sport models.
The 2022 refresh updates the Design trim-level with new 18-inch alloy wheels, new part fabric/part synthetic leather upholstery and gun metal interior trim.
