2022 Nissan Leaf Release Date & Details

The new 2022 Nissan Leaf should be available to order from March 2022, it features new exterior styling options, new paint colours and Nissan’s latest ProPilot semi-autonomous driving tech.
The Leaf will be available with five single paint colours and five two-tone paint combinations, with two new striking colours available. Pearl Blue and Magnetic Blue.
The new exterior updates are also accompanied with the option of new 16 and 17-inch striking black alloy wheels and a newly designed Nissan logo.
The Nissan Leaf has been at the forefront of the EV car market and it is one of the most popular new electric cars, providing a tried and tested formula. With a range of 168 miles on standard models or 239 miles (WLTP) on e+ models you are benefitting from 10 years of development with over half a million Nissan Leafs sold worldwide to date.
If you have a 7kW home charger you should be able to get a full charge overnight, while out and about, using a 50kW fast charger can offer a battery charge of up to 80% in 40 minutes.
The new Leaf also includes Nissan’s e-Pedal system, which allows single pedal driving. As you release the accelerator, it acts as a braking force decelerating and bringing the vehicle to a stop.
The Leaf is vailable with Nissan’s latest semi-autonomous tech ‘ProPilot’ driver tech. which combines a radar/camera system with steering, braking and throttle control, The semi-autonomous driver technology enables keeping a safe distance from vehicles ahead, applying the brakes if needed and it can control your steering if necessary to keep your vehicle safely in its lane.
The new Leaf is also available with Nissan’s latest infotainment system, built on the NissanConnect platform, smartphone mirroring is available with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Remote services are also available via the NissanConnect Services app (available with N-Connecta trim-levels and above). The app lets you manage features remotely using your phone, like charging, battery monitoring and adjusting the climate control.
