"Hi Brian, I thought I'd write to say how pleased we are with the new car; it looks fine and drives very well, was only built last month (judging by some of the sparkling parts under the bonnet!) and was registered just the day before delivery. In other words it's just as you said it would be. I consider I got a very good deal from you; I was originally looking at a 6 month old example with 5-6,000 miles on the clock which was being offered for about £7,500 plus road tax. Therefore your all-inclusive price for a new car really is good value. I'm sorry I pestered you so much; I should have left it to you. I suppose this method of car buying just takes a little getting used to but, in your company's case, it certainly works."
