Mazda to unveil its new car - the Crossport
Car maker Mazda Motor Corporation has announced that it will premiere its Mazda MX-Crossport new car in Europe at the Frankfurt Motor Show this month.
The new vehicle has a low roofline compared to traditional small SUV-type vehicles and combines sports car styling motifs from the Mazda RX-8 with the practical features of a Sport-Utility Vehicle (SUV).
The Mazda MX-Crossport has an "aggressive off-road look", with a lower grille opening and powerful front bumper similar to the Mazda RX-8. Mazda claims that it takes "Zoom-Zoom to an advanced frontier where it has never before ventured", Car Pages reports.

The interior of the new car features a "floating" seat construction, with each seat mounted on a "monorail" system in the floor, an advanced information and entertainment system and a separate screen for the front passenger that shows four different views of the driving experience using five cameras.
Mazda is also planning to present the Mazda Sassou, a small, lightweight, three-door hatchback powered by a turbocharged, three-cylinder, 1.0-liter MZR DISI (Direct Injection Spark Ignition) gasoline engine, at the German car show. Mazda will also showcase the Mazda2 facelift, the high-performance Mazda6 MPS and the recently launched Mazda6 facelift.
The Mazda Sassou is a lightweight, urban vehicle for young, first time car buyers. It comes with a high-tech, interactive interior concept, including a USB stick as a key and an interface port for programming the hard disc drive.
