Vauxhall unleashes new Zafira - 26/05/2005


Vauxhall has unveiled its new Zafira 1.9 CDTI Design as it looks to further its hold on the compact-MPV market.

Vauxhall has said that its new Zafira model will emphasise the practicality, versatility and value for money that has ensured the product's success to date.

The revolutionary Flex7 seating system will continue and have even been set slightly higher in order to improve comfort.

For £50 more, customers can get a FlexOrganiser, which will further improve the car's practicality and storage space.

There is a further option of a panoramic glass sunroof, which comes complete with overhead drop-down boxes, for £850.

Practicality does not take the place of performance however, with a 148bhp engine capable of providing some surprisingly sporty driving.
