New Mazda CX-7 Soon To Arrive

The new Mazda CX-7 is due to arrive in the UK this September. The CX-7 has already been available in the USA for one year and has had good reviews there.

The CX-7 will be available with one engine type and one high trim specification only. The 2.3litre turbocharged, four cylinder petrol engine will achieve 0-60mph in 8.0 seconds and can reach 130mph. It will be fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox.

The CX-7 is a seven-seater 4x4 and with the rear seats in place gives a boot capacity of 455 litres. When the rear seats are folded away the boot capacity increases to 774 litres.

The trim level is high with standard specification including a BOSE stereo system, leather seats, climate control, 18" alloy wheels plus front/side/curtain airbags.

Mazda hopes to sell between 1000-1500 of the CX-7 per year with prices starting at £23,960.
