Ford C-Max Emissions Lowered.

The Ford C-Max 1.6 litre diesel model has been updated and the emissions have dropped to 119g/km of CO2.

The reduction from its previous level of 124g/km means that the annual VED road tax rate will now be £35 instead of £120 and from April 2009, this will reduce further to £30 per year.

Whilst the engine has been adapted to improve the emissions, the average fuel economy has also increased to 62.8mpg from 60.1mpg.
