New Mini Hybrid makes its debut at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2017

The Mini Hybrid is available to order now with the very first versions hitting showrooms at the end of June. It’s the Mini Brands first ever plug-in hybrid that will have a public first showing at the Goodwood festival of Speed on the 29th of June to the 2nd of July.

BMW Announce 5 Door MINI

BMW recently announced that production of the much anticipated five-door Mini has begun, taking the MINI to a whole new customer base. This also spells the next step in the car maker’s £750 million investment programme across its UK production operation. This new five door version is the second member of the Mini family to be built on this all new platform.

New Mini Clubman Does Bond Street

There is a new special edition Mini, the exclusive New Mini Clubman Bond Street is off course named after one of London’s most favour high streets. It boasts a unique interior and exterior that reflects they style of the upmarket, famous London address. Production of this new addition begins in March 2013 and will be on sale for a strictly limited period.

New MK3 Mini Unveiled

The first of the New MK3 Mini vehicles will be rolled-out in 2013 with the first model expected to be a restyled 3 door hatchback. The new-generation Mini will be built on a brand-new BMW-engineered platform called UKL1 and planning is already in place to also use UKL1 for the compact BMW series (3 and 5 door hatch models and a compact SUV).

British Mini is 50 Years Old

The British Mini, one of the world’s most popular cars is celebrating its 50th Birthday. During the 1950’s the head of British Motoring Company wanted a minature car to compete with the German bubble cars of the time. He was also adamant that the car should be shaped like a box to compete with its rival.

Mini Estate at NEC Motor Show
