Saab 93 concept on show
Saab's new 93 SportHatch concept car has been given its first UK outing at the Canary Wharf Motorexpo.

The 93 SportHatch signifies a shift for Saab into a new market. The firm projects that if the car makes it to production its sporty five door, four seater format will appeal to drivers with active, outdoor lifestyles.
It is intended to move Saab into the mid-sized estate market currently dominated by cars like the Ford Focus estate and Toyota Avensis Tourer. It's bold design offers drivers stylish retro touches reminiscent of the Saab 900 models while taking its handling and performance cues from the sporty character of the Saab 95 Estate.

According to the manufacturer the 93 SportHatch concept "challenges the distinction between a hatchback and an estate".
Saab fans visiting the Canary Wharf Motorexpo will be able to run a rule over the Saab range, with the Saab 9-3 Sport Saloon, 9-3 Convertible and 9-5 Estate all kitted out in Aero trim and available to test drive.
For those who prefer their cars a little less Scandinavian, the Land Rover experience will be filling Canary Wharf's Montgomery Square for the duration of the show. The attraction allows visitors to test out the Land Rover range across a number of different obstacles, designed to highlight the marques off road capabilities.
The Canary Wharf Motorexpo runs in London from June 13th to 19th and is accessible by the Jubilee underground and Docklands Light Railway.
