Renault adds a little luxury to Modus range - 05/05/2005 Renault is looking to capitalise on the success of its supermini Modus model with the new Modus Initiale version. The Modus Initiale will add to the performance and comfort of the existing Modus, which has sold some 8,000 units since last September. The new model offers a kind of luxury not often associated with the supermini market, and is set to hit the market at a price of £13,550 for an Initiale 1.4 16V 98 model on the road. The Modus Initiale's luxurious feel is reflected in the interior trim's beige leather Initiale upholstery. The door panel inserts adding to the stylish ambience. Comfort inside Modus Initiale is assured with Climate Control fitted as standard, and exterior features metallic paint, 16" Initiale alloy wheels and exclusive Initiale door sill kickplates and badging on the front door rubbing strips all part of the standardised specifications.
