Nissan revises 350zNissan is readying its reworked 350z in time for launch in April 2006.
The cheap new car's V6 engine is to get added power, raising the bhp from 280 to 300 and reducing its 0-62 mph time to 5.8 seconds for the Coupé model and 6.3 seconds for the Roadster.
Top speeds will remain at 155 mph, but the steering will now be speed sensitive, which will allow for easier parking.
The cheap new car's looks are also getting a makeover, receiving new bumpers, grille, headlights and rear light clusters.

Carlos Tavares, executive vice president for product planning and corporate strategy at Nissan motor company, said: "In two short years, the 350Z has established itself as one of the most focused, capable and thrilling sports cars available on the European market.
"Its popularity has also helped shift Nissan's image: we are now rightly seen as a car maker with passion [and] that's a position that can only get stronger with the latest Coupé and Roadster versions of the Z-car."
The success of the 350z is shown by its sales, which in three years have matched its predecessor's performance for the past 11 years.
Prices are as yet unavailable but should be given around the release date in April.
