The new Citroen DS3 Cabrio DStyle is on sale now by Benefit is the first special edition in the range based on the three-door supermini’s soft-top model. And it starts from £18,745 and features new bespoke designs taken from Benefit’s ‘Stay Flawless’ primer.
On the Inside, there is a black and white polka dot pattern that carries on the ‘Stay Flawless’ look, and the cosmetics company has also made itself known with a gloss white trim for the air vent surrounds, dashboard and gear lever. There are also stand-out black floor mats, too, that feature a stylish Benefit badge that’s sure to be a big hit with the ladies.
Also with the Benefit-inspired design changes, Citroen has added some features from the DStyle Plus trim level, 17-inch ‘Bellone’ black alloys and a Connecting Box system, which can operate Bluetooth and USB connections.
To further justify the £1,000 price increase over the standard DStyle Cabrio it’s based around, the Benefit edition comes stacked with the City Signature Pack. The pack adds dual zone digital air conditioning, rain sensitive wipers, auto-dimming rear view mirror and interior mood lighting, plus automatic headlights and to cap it all off, a front central armrest.
Now for the engine, the regular new Citroen DS3’s 120bhp 1.6-litre VTi petrol engine and five-speed manual gearbox remain unchanged as it is a solid choice, so the Cabrio DStyle by Benefit should be good for a 0-62mph time of less than ten seconds and hit 118mph when taken to the maximum.
