The Aston Martin Vanquish Coupe and Volante are to be revealed in a new Carbon Edition for the 2014 Paris Motor Show

This is the Aston Martin Vanquish Carbon Edition, a special edition of the two-door Coupe and Volante convertible.

Due to debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show next month, it comes in Carbon White or Carbon Black, with each paint finish getting black side window surrounds, 20-inch 10-spoke gloss coated black alloy wheels, upgraded brake callipers and new black headlight detail.

On the inside, the dash benefits from Herringbone carbon fibre, luxury quilted leather seating and door inserts, plus silken Black Anodised speaker grilles for the Bang & Olufsen audio/speaker system.

Under the bonnet still remains the same 6.0-litre V12 engine found in any other Vanquish, which is capable of producing 565bhp and 620Nm of torque. This sends power to the rear wheels via Aston’s new eight-speed Touchtronic III automatic gearbox, allowing the Vanquish Carbon Edition to see off 0-60mph in 3.6 seconds, before maxing out at 201mph.

 

Aston Martin has confirmed order books are now open, with deliveries on course to begin in October. The Vanquish Carbon Edition Coupe starts from £199,995 - £7,000 more than the standard Vanquish.
